Flatness – Less Than 0.2mm

Material – MIC6 Equivalent

We have tested flatness of our big size bed with CMM Machine & all of the beds have flatness of less than 0.2mm. We did not check flatness of these beds on CMM as these are very small size & we guarantee the flatness of these beds of less than 0.1mm. CMM report can be provided at extra cost.

There may be some voids in bed which indicates that it is a cast aluminum bed. But this will not hamper its functioning or flatness.

These beds have all mounting holes required as per Annex K3 Drawing.

We can manufacture custom size Cast Aluminum beds. Lead time is 3-4weeks.
